To truly know a person, you must look deeper than the obvious and the literal. The surface is just that, a surface, to mask and protect what is within. Go beyond the mask. Go within.
Life is more than a dichotomy. It cannot be answered by a simple yes or no. I've come to realize that the truth is complex and contrasting. And that maybe the correct answers to life's simple questions are YES and NO.
A friend once told me, I'm not a nice guy (since they finish last), but I'm a good one. I think I'll settle with that. Or at least I'm trying to be.
I blog for myself most of the time. Our brain is too small to remember the intricate details of our day to day lives. But I'd like to put here the things that I thought were significant and never forget. We are what we are because of what we went through. And if someday, I loose my memories, at least I'd have an idea who jireh was...
